Terms & Conditions

Redemption Terms

  • Redemption shall be permitted only after successful completion of all installments.
  • Redemption is valid only against products sold by the brand/store.
  • Redemption in cash shall not be permitted.
  • Loyalty benefit amount is non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
  • GST and applicable taxes shall apply at the time of actual product billing.
  • Redemption validity period shall be communicated separately by the management.
  • Partial redemption may be allowed at management discretion.

Cancellation & Default Policy

  • If a member discontinues the program before maturity:
  • Loyalty benefit eligibility may lapse,
  • Only eligible principal/store credit amount may be adjusted or refunded as per prevailing store policy.
  • Repeated payment defaults may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.
  • The management reserves the right to verify customer identity and payment authenticity before redemption.
