The terms "Rajasvi Silks," “we,” “us” or “our” refer to LUXLOOMS LIFESTYLE VENTURES.
- This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Website.

Terms & Conditions
- Redemption shall be permitted only after successful completion of all installments.
- Redemption is valid only against products sold by the brand/store.
- Redemption in cash shall not be permitted.
- Loyalty benefit amount is non-withdrawable and non-refundable.
- GST and applicable taxes shall apply at the time of actual product billing.
- Redemption validity period shall be communicated separately by the management.
- Partial redemption may be allowed at management discretion.
- If a member discontinues the program before maturity:
- loyalty benefit eligibility may lapse,
- only eligible principal/store credit amount may be adjusted or refunded as per prevailing store policy.
- Repeated payment defaults may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.
- The management reserves the right to verify customer identity and payment authenticity before redemption.
SILK CLUB is intended solely as:
- a customer loyalty initiative,
- advance product purchase arrangement,
- and retail purchase facilitation program.
The program shall operate subject to:
- applicable consumer protection laws,
- taxation laws,
- RBI regulations concerning non-deposit entities,
- and other laws applicable in India.
All disputes arising out of the SILK CLUB program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Pune.
