Shipping & Delivery Policy
GENERAL
1.1. Introduction and Applicability
- LUXELOOMS LIFESTYLE manages and operates rajasvisilks.com under the brand name Rajasvi Silks (collectively referred to as the “Website”), where you can place orders to purchase sarees and other clothing Products and/or Services. The terms "Rajasvi Silks," “we,” “us” or “our” refer to LUXLOOMS LIFESTYLE VENTURES.
- This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Website.
- By agreeing to use the Website and/or purchasing a Product on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification.
- If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Website.
1.2. Standard Delivery Time
- We generally aim to deliver orders within 48 hours, but delivery could take up to 7-8 working days or Sarees with finishing – 15 working days depending on your delivery pin code and the specific items (sarees, etc.) ordered.
- We will share details about your orders following their dispatch on the e-mail ID and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with us.
2. DELIVERY LOCATION AND USER DATA ACCURACY
2.1. Delivery Location
- We provide shipping and delivery of our Products (sarees and clothing) all over India. International delivery is not available currently.
- You can access the website to order items while being located anywhere in the world, but the shipping address has to be in India.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for the delivery of Products. We shall notify such user at the time of placing an order.
- You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Website.
2.2. Accuracy of User Data
- To accomplish timely delivery of the purchased Products, we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc..
- You shall ensure that all information submitted by you on the Website is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
- You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient, and accurate information at the time of placing the order.
3. LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING CHARGES
3.1. Delivery Partners
- We partner with reliable and established third-party logistic service providers ("Logistic Partners") in order to accomplish Product shipping and delivery to you.
- We reserve the right to ship and deliver the Products on our own without engaging any Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.
- We shall provide the details of the Logistic Partners responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s) purchased by you at the time such Product is successfully handed over to them.
3.2. Limitation of Liability with Partners
- You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor each delivery executive.
- Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel.
- Any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you independently.
3.3. Shipping Charges and Refunds
- The Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed in the cart and may vary based on the value of the Product, type of Product (e.g., heavy silk saree vs. light cotton saree), area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc..
- You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided.
- If we charge a shipping fee, such shipping fees will generally not be refunded by us pursuant to any return request raised by you.
- We may make exceptions and refund the shipping fees if a defected, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us) has been delivered.
- Returns of purchased Products, if they fall under the Return Policy, are facilitated through our Reverse-Logistics Partners.
4. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND TRACKING
4.1. Delivery Attempts
- We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline notified to you.
- In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 1 attempt deliver the purchased Product(s).
- If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us.
- We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.
- If the products has to be reshipped charges will be applied.
4.2. Tracking of Shipped Product
- Once an order is placed and the purchased Product is handed over to our Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking identity number through WhatsApp or text message.
- The User may use the tracking identity number on the website and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner to check the status and estimated time of delivery. The update may also be available on the dashboard or can be enquired at the customer care number.
- We engage third-party service providers for deliveries, and hence, we do not guarantee the accuracy or correctness of the tracking status. The status may be subject to inconsistencies arising out of technical possibilities and difficulties which are not in our control.
5. UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
5.1. Events Causing Delay
- While we make reasonable endeavours to ensure Products are delivered within the notified timeline, you accept and acknowledge that delivery may be delayed on account of:
- Logistical issues beyond our control.
- Unsuitable weather conditions.
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, governmental restrictions, etc.
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc..
- Other unforeseeable circumstances.
5.2. Liability for Delay
- In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by writing to your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us.
- We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products.
- Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT / GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
You may direct any queries or concerns relating to the Terms of Use, policies, or product complaints to our customer support team. We will acknowledge the receipt of any consumer complaint within forty-eight hours and endeavour to redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt.
