1. GENERAL

1.1 Introduction and Applicability
  • LUXELOOMS LIFESTYLE manages and operates www.rajasvisilks.com under the brand name Rajasvi Silks (collectively referred to as the “Website”), where you can place orders to purchase sarees and other clothing Products and/or Services. The terms “Rajasvi Silks,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to LUXLOOMS LIF ESTYLE.
  • This return, refund, and cancellation policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions, sets out Rajasvi Silks’ procedures and policies in accepting:
    (a) Return, (b) Refund, and (c) Cancellation thereof.
  • Any return or cancellation of Products or Services by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
  • By agreeing to use the Website and/or purchasing a Product on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification.
  • If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Website.
  • We may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund, and cancellation of an order for Products on the Website.

2. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS

2.1 Return Policy

  1. We strive to ensure that the sarees and products you order are delivered according to your specifications.

  2. Should you receive an:

    • Incomplete order, or

    • Incorrect product (e.g., wrong saree design, colour, or fabric),

    please notify Rajasvi Silks Support immediately within 24 hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution.

  3. Please note that Rajasvi Silks will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Opening Video without any break must be recorded as proof of the defect.

  4. Used Products: No return of damaged products is possible once part or whole of the product has been used (e.g., saree has been worn, laundered, or had the fall/pico attached).

  5. Non-Returnable Items: The User cannot return non-refundable Products; it is the User’s responsibility to check whether the Product falls under the returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order.

  6. Rajasvi Silks reserves the right to refuse returns (or refunds) for certain products, as marked on the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange”.

  7. To raise a return request, you can call our help desk or email us (see Section 4 for details).

2.2 Refund Policy

  1. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

    • Ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.

    • You have received an incorrect product (if a return is accepted under Clause 2.1.2).

  2. No Refund for User Error: If a return is requested for reasons attributable solely to the User (e.g., ordering the wrong size or change of mind), we accept no return of any product.

  3. Mode and Timeline of Refund:

    • Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.

    • Please allow 7 to 10 working days after the product is received by the seller for the credit to appear in your account.

    • Refund timelines depend on bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines, which may change from time to time.

    • If a refund is to be made to the User’s bank account, the User will have to provide the bank account details.

    • Reverse logistics must be managed by the buyer.

  4. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason for requesting the refund.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

  1. Product Cancellation by User: The User may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is acceptable only if fall pico, edging, finishing, tassels, netting, or any free add-ons/facilities have not been availed at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, the order will be canceled with immediate effect.

  2. Cancellations by Rajasvi Silks: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in cancellation include:

    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

    • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

    • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department

  3. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  4. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

  5. Refund for Cancellation: If your order is canceled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account as provided in the ‘Refunds’ section above.

3. WORKING DAYS AND SUPPORT

3.1. Working Days
  1. Business days shall mean the working days on which Rajasvi Silks corporate office operates.

  2. The call support working window is Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  3. 26th January, 15th August, 2nd October, and major festivals in India will be considered as non-business days for call support.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT / GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

You may direct any queries or concerns relating to the Terms of Use, policies, or product complaints to our customer support team. We will acknowledge the receipt of any consumer complaint within forty-eight hours and endeavour to redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt.
